We added a touch of black pepper to give this chai all of the traditional flavor profiles synonymous with the classic hot beverage. Our chai, though, works great not only as a hot beverage but truly shines when mixed with ice-cold sparkling water. Mixes well with Bourbon, Rum, Kahlua and aquavit.
Use as a mixer for cocktails and mocktails, add a splash to coffee, lattes or tea drinks, or combine with carbonated water for a better-for-you soda.
